Intermediate Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager (London Office)
As an intermediate quantity surveyor at Quantus Consulting you will find your self working with people that are passionate about their work, and in an environment that nurtures a strong social dynamic with a shared sense of achievement.
You will find yourself working on a wide variety of projects across the residential, educational, and commercial sectors. Your work will be client facing, working with an ambitious team carrying out the full suite of quantity surveying skills at pre and post contract stages.
You will gain considerable industry experience that will expand your skillset and outlook on your profession.

The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying consultancy environment
- On their APC pathway to gain their chartership, we can help
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- A background in new build and refurbishment in either or all the residential, educational, or commercial sectors
- Good level of experience in both the pre and post contract stages of projects
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment managing priorities and deadlines
- Enjoy building trusting relationships with clients and team members through a shared sense of achievement and purpose
